teṣāṃ guptiparīhāraiḥ kaccitte bharaṇaṃ kṛtam | rakṣyā hi rājñā dharmeṇa sarve viṣayavāsinaḥ ||
English Scholarly Translation
And do you maintain them by securing to them what they wish for and removing from them what they wish away? All the dwellers in his dominions should be protected by the king.
