1. Zero Submission Fees
PIJCACE does not charge any manuscript submission fees or peer-review evaluation fees. All authors may submit their manuscripts for double-blind peer review completely free of charge.
2. Article Processing Waivers
Poorvam provides automatic full fee waivers for independent scholars, doctoral candidates, and researchers from low- and middle-income economies to ensure that financial barriers never impede the dissemination of high-caliber scholarly research.
3. Seminar & Workshop Refund Policy
For paid educational workshops and symposia, cancellation requests received at least 72 hours prior to the event commencement are eligible for a 100% refund processed within 5–7 working days.
