Open Access & Archiving Policy
Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) compliance, Internet Archive preservation, and digital syndication.
1. Diamond Open Access Charter
Poorvam International Journal of Creative Arts and Cultural Expressions (PIJCACE) provides immediate, barrier-free open access to all published content. In alignment with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), all research is freely accessible online upon publication without paywalls or mandatory subscription fees.
2. Creative Commons Licensing (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)
All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication, allowing anyone to share and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes with proper academic attribution without derivatives.
3. Internet Archive & Permanent Digital Preservation
To ensure perpetual, immutable long-term preservation, all published PIJCACE journal issues and complete tables of contents are systematically deposited and archived in the Internet Archive open collection.
4. Self-Archiving & Repository Policy (Sherpa/Romeo Green Open Access)
PIJCACE and Dhvani Publication uphold a progressive Green Open Access self-archiving policy in strict conformity with DOAJ criteria, the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), and Sherpa/Romeo standards. Authors retain non-exclusive distribution rights and may self-archive all versions of their scholarly articles without fee or embargo:
