PIJCACE enforces strict double-blind peer review. Reviewers and authors remain mutually anonymous throughout the evaluation cycle.

STEP 1
Editorial Desk Screening: Plagiarism verification via Turnitin / iThenticate and initial scope validation (2–4 days).
STEP 2
Double-Blind Expert Review: Anonymized manuscript dispatched to two external domain specialists (3–4 weeks).
STEP 3
Editorial Decision & Typesetting: Acceptance, minor/major revisions, or rejection, followed by DOI minting and Galley proof sign-off.
