यश्च कार्यार्थतत्त्वज्ञो जानमानो न भाषते । सोऽपि तेनैव पापेन लिप्यते नात्र संशयः ॥
English Scholarly Translation
He, who, knowing a thing full well, does not disclose what he knows when asked is undoubtedly tainted with sin.
