पूताभिश्च तथैवाद्भिः सदा दैवततर्पणम् । भावेन नियतः कुर्वन्ब्रह्मचारी प्रशस्यते ॥
English Scholarly Translation
He should also satisfy the celestials with oblations of pure water, his mind being controlled the while, Such a Brahmacharin is worthy of being lauded.
