परं नोद्वेजयेत्कंचिन्न च कस्यचिदुद्विजेत् । विश्वास्यः सर्वभूतानामग्र्यो मोक्षविदुच्यते ॥
English Scholarly Translation
One should never annoy another being; nor should one be annoyed with another. He who is trusted by all crcatures is considered as the foremost of those persons who understand Liberation.
