स जानन्नपि चाकार्यमर्थार्थं सेवते नरः । बालस्नेहपरीतात्मा तत्क्षयाच्चानुतप्यते ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Filled with affection for children, such a person then commits, for the sake of acquiring riches, evil deeds, and yields to grief if his wealth belost.
