यत्र यत्रैव संयुङ्क्ते धाता गर्भं पुनः पुनः । तत्र तत्रैव वसति न यत्र स्वयमिच्छति ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Over even One has repeatedly to live in such wombs in which one is placed by the Ordainer. He has no choice in the matter.
