तावुभौ भृशसंतप्तौ राजानमिदमूचतुः । परीक्ष्यतां यथा स्याव नावामिह विगर्हितौ ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Both of them, greatly exercises in dispute, then addressed the king, saying,-See, O king, that none of us may be visited by sin!
