यं विनिद्रा जितश्वासाः सत्त्वस्थाः संयतेन्द्रियाः । ज्योतिः पश्यन्ति युञ्जानास्तस्मै योगात्मने नमः ॥
English Scholarly Translation
I bow to the Soul of Yoga who is seen in the form of an effulgent Light by persons that have their senses under restraint, who are endued with the quality of Goodness, who have regulated their breaths, and who who have conquered sleep.
