उत्थायोत्थाय हि सदा प्रष्टव्या वृद्धसंमताः । तेऽस्य योगे परं मूलं तन्मूला सिद्धिरुच्यते ॥
English Scholarly Translation
One engaged in a work should seek the advice of those approved by the aged. These men are the means, and success depends on means.
