अयुद्धमव्यवस्थानं नैष धर्मः सनातनः । अनार्यजुष्टमस्वर्ग्यं रणे राजन्पलायनम् ॥
English Scholarly Translation
This is no the duty of a Kshatriya. Flight from battle, O king, is not the practice of honourable men, nor it leads to heaven.
