अभिषिच्यस्व राजेन्द्र देवानामिव पावकिः । जहि शत्रून्रणे वीर महेन्द्रो दानवानिव ॥
English Scholarly Translation
O foremost of kings, install yourself in the command as Pavakas's son Kartikeya was placed in the command of the celestial army. O hero, kill our foes in battle like Indra the Danavas.
