तान्स्वस्तिवाक्येनाभ्यर्च्य समुत्थाप्य च शंकरः । ब्रूत ब्रूतेति भगवान्स्मयमानोऽभ्यभाषत ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Then having received them by uttering the worlds you are welcome and also having raised their heads, Lord Shankara smilingly addressed them, saying-do you tell me the purpose of your coming here.
