कुल्यायां समुपस्पृश्य जप्त्वा चैवाघमर्षणम् । अश्वमेधमवाप्नोति त्रिरात्रोपोषितः शुचिः ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Fasting for three days and bathing in the tirtha known as kulya and reciting the sacred Mantras of Aghamarshana, one acquires the merit of a Horse-sacrifice.
