वैश्वदेवं च ये मूढा विप्राय ब्रह्मचारिणे । ददतीह न राजेन्द्र ते लोकान्भुञ्जतेऽशुभान् ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Those foolish men who do not give a Brahmana observant of the VOW of SBrahmacharya the offerings made in Shraddhas (unto one's deceased ancestors), have to proceed, O king, into regions of great misery.
