आशा श्रद्धा धृतिः कान्तिर्विजितिः सन्नतिः क्षमा । अष्टमी वृत्तिरेतासां पुरोगा पाकशासन ॥
English Scholarly Translation
They Hope, Faith, Intelligence, Contentment, Victory, Advancement, Forgiveness. She who is the eighth, viz., Jaya, occupies the foremost place amongst them, O chastiser of Paka.
