प्रातः प्रातश्च सुप्रश्नं कल्पनं प्रेषणक्रियाः । शिष्यानुप्रहितास्तस्मिन्नकुर्वन्गुरवश्च ह ॥
English Scholarly Translation
Disciples instead of approaching preceptors, every morning for making dutiful enquiries, for determing what acts are to be performed, and for seeking commissions which they are to discharge, preceptors wait upon them to perform all those functions.
