तत्र दानेन भिद्यन्ते गणाः संघातवृत्तयः । भिन्ना विमनसः सर्वे गच्छन्त्यरिवशं भयात् ॥
English Scholarly Translation
The aristocracy of a kingdom in a body becoine alienated from the king, if the latter seeks to exact too much from them. Alienated from the king, all of them become dissatisfied, and from fear join the enemies of the king.
