यः कल्याणगुणाञ्ज्ञातीन्द्वेषान्नैवाभिमन्यते । अदृढात्मा दृढक्रोधो नास्यार्थो रमतेऽन्तिके ॥
English Scholarly Translation
That weak king, who, under the influence of anger and malice, does not love and honour those amongst his kinsmen, who are endued never with good qualities, is said to live on the very brink of destruction.
