य एवं वर्तते राजा पौरजानपदेष्विह । अनुभूयेह भद्राणि प्राप्नोतीन्द्रसलोकताम् ॥
English Scholarly Translation
A king, who behaves thus towards the people of his city and the provinces, enjoys prosperity here and lives in heaven with Indra.'
