Permissions Form for Illustrations, Artwork & Third-Party Material

Required whenever an article reproduces material the author does not own

When to use this form

Complete one form per manuscript if it includes any image, artwork, photograph, diagram, table, audio or video excerpt, score, or extended quotation (beyond fair-dealing or quotation exceptions) that the author did not create, or any image of an identifiable person. Attach written permission from each rights-holder. Because PIJCACE publishes under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, permission must allow worldwide, non-exclusive online and print publication under that licence, or the material must already carry a compatible licence or be in the public domain. If permission cannot cover this, do not include the item; describe or cite it instead.
