- Double-Blind Peer Review: Evaluated by a minimum of 2 independent subject specialists.
- Revision & Author Resubmission: Authors respond to every reviewer comment.
- Final Editorial Decision: Acceptance, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Rejection.
- Typical time from submission to publication: about 15 weeks.

PIJCACE adheres strictly to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. All published research articles are immediately made freely available upon publication under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Authors retain full copyright of their published work without restrictions, granting the journal the right of first publication. Readers are entitled to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full texts of articles without prior financial or institutional barriers. PIJCACE is a Diamond Open Access journal: there are no submission fees, article processing charges, or reader fees, and every article is free to read.
Authors may reuse their own work, including depositing it in institutional or subject repositories, provided they cite PIJCACE as the original place of publication and give the article's DOI (see the Consent to Publish Agreement).
