Submission & Scope

What disciplines and subjects are eligible for publication in PIJCACE?
PIJCACE publishes original, peer-reviewed research across visual arts, Indian and Asian aesthetics (Rasa, Dhvani, Aucitya), performing arts, musicology, temple architecture, cultural heritage studies, and comparative philosophical poetics.
Is there any fee to submit or review a manuscript?
No. Submitting a manuscript to PIJCACE is entirely free of charge. There are no submission fees, review processing fees, or article processing charges (APCs). PIJCACE is a Diamond Open Access journal, so every article is also free for readers.
How do I submit my manuscript?
Manuscripts can be submitted directly through our online submission portal at poorvam.com/journal/submit or emailed directly to the editorial team at editor@poorvam.com.

Peer Review & Timelines

What type of peer review does PIJCACE employ?
We employ a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review model. Both author names and reviewer identities remain strictly confidential throughout the evaluation.
How long does the review and publication process take?
From submission to publication, the process typically takes about 15 weeks. This includes desk screening, double-blind peer review, revision, and copyediting. Articles are published online with immediate Crossref DOIs.

Open Access, Licensing & Indexing

What is the open access licensing policy?
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Authors retain complete copyright ownership of their scholarly works.
May I deposit my published article in a repository or reuse it elsewhere?
Yes. Authors may reuse their own work, including posting it in institutional or subject repositories, provided they cite PIJCACE as the original place of publication and give the article's DOI. See the Consent to Publish Agreement.
Does PIJCACE assign permanent DOIs to published articles?
Yes. Every published article is registered with Crossref and assigned a permanent, unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) under prefix 10.63752/pijcace.
