अन्नं पानं च माल्यं च वासांस्याभरणानि च । ब्राह्मण्यै तानि देयानि भर्तुः सा हि गरीयसी ॥
English Scholarly Translation
The husband's food and drink and garlands and dresses and ornaments-all these should be given by the Brahmani wife to the husband, for she is the foremost in rank among all the wives of the husband.
