By using the Poorvam International Journal website and services, you agree to the following undertaking. This agreement is mandatory for all users, including those under 18 years of age. Please read carefully and confirm your acceptance by checking the box below.

Undertaking Agreement

I hereby undertake and agree to the following:

• Compliance with Policies: I have read and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Submission Guidelines, and Refund Policy of Poorvam International Journal.
• Originality and Ethics: Any content I submit (e.g., manuscripts, creative works) is original, does not infringe on any third-party rights, and complies with ethical standards. I understand that plagiarism or unethical conduct may lead to rejection or legal consequences.
• Article Processing Charges (APC): I acknowledge that upon acceptance of my manuscript, I am required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of ₹2000 (Indian authors) or $40 (international authors), which is non-refundable as per the Refund Policy.
• Data Protection: I consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
• Users Under 18: If I am under 18 years of age, I confirm that I have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this website and agree to this undertaking, or that my parent/guardian is aware of my usage.
• Liability: I am responsible for the content I submit and any consequences arising from its publication. Poorvam International Journal and Dhvani Publication are not liable for any legal issues arising from my submissions.
• Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, data protection laws, and consumer protection regulations.
