Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of regenerative endodontics in children with immature permanent teeth. The study included 50 patients aged 7–12 years with pulp necrosis and open apices. Pulp regeneration was performed using Biodentine and platelet- rich fibrin (PRF). Clinical and radiographic follow-up showed significant root wall thickening, apex closure, and recovery of tooth vitality in 86% of patients within 12 months. The results indicate that regenerative endodontics is an effective and promising method for pediatric dentistry.
