Abstract

<jats:p>Ishda mis-porfir ma’dandan oltin va kumushni markazdan qochma konsentrator yordamida ajratib olish jarayonining rejim omillari o‘rganildi. Ruda kambag‘al bo‘lib, oltin miqdori 0,38 g/t; metallning asosiy qismi (69,12 %) 2–8 mkm kattalikdagi zarralarga to‘g‘ri keladi. Tajribalar laboratoriya «Knelson» KC-MD3 apparatida ruda 80% −0,074 mm gacha maydalangan holatda bajarildi. Markazdan qochma kuch (G) 30 dan 150 ×g gacha, sikl vaqti (t) 10 dan 50 min gacha o‘zgartirildi. Bir omilli tajribalar G bo‘yicha ajralib chiqishning aniq maksimumga ega ekanini (54,0% G≈90×g da) va sikl vaqti bo‘yicha ≈30 min dan keyin platoga chiqishini ko‘rsatdi. O‘lcham sinflari kesimidagi tahlil kuchning yirik (+74 mkm) zarralarga deyarli ta’sir qilmasligini, 2–8 mkm sinfda esa ajralib chiqish 28% dan 38% gacha o‘zgarishini aniqladi. Markaziy nuqtasi uch marta takrorlangan 2² to‘liq faktorli tajriba va dispersion tahlil G ning chiziqli effekti +3,25%, sikl vaqtiniki +2,75%, o‘zaro ta’sir −1,25%, egrilik esa +5,18% (p &lt; 0,001) ekanini ko‘rsatdi. Bu javob sirtining nochiziqli ekanini va optimumning tajriba sohasi ichida (≈90 ×g; ≈30 min) joylashganini isbotlaydi. Kumush bo‘yicha ko‘rsatkichlar ham qayd etildi: uning ajralib chiqishi oltinnikiga o‘xshash qonuniyatga bo‘ysunib, maqbul rejimda 25,0% ni, boyitmadagi kumush tarkibi esa 108 g/t ni tashkil etadi.</jats:p>
