Abstract

This article explores methods for improving the energy efficiency of buildings, considering the specific arid and hot climatic conditions of Uzbekistan. Based on the updated ShNK 2.01.04-22 regulations, the thermophysical properties of aerated concrete, basalt, and polymer-based insulators are analyzed. Using mathematical modeling, the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and investment payback periods were determined. The results demonstrate that implementing efficient thermal protection can reduce cooling and heating costs by 30-50%, proving the economic and environmental viability of these technologies in the region.
