Abstract
<jats:p>As the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, combating substance use and addiction is not only a health issue but also a critical matter in terms of public order, youth development, and national capacity. Throughout the year, our Commission carried out both preventive and intervention-focused efforts and took comprehensive steps to strengthen state policies. During 2025, the Commission conducted intensive, scientifically grounded work at both national and international levels to enhance our country’s capacity to fight against drugs. The information presented below outlines, within an integrated framework, the Commission’s concrete outputs, ongoing projects, and institutional performance. This report includes a summary of all activities completed in 2025, the planning processes, scientific collaborations, institutional developments, and the targets set for 2026.</jats:p>
