Abstract
<jats:p>The emergence of digital technologies has significantly transformed global logistics systems, particularly within strategic transit corridors. This study explores the digital transformation of the TRIPP (Trans-Regional Intelligent Physical Platform) route, focusing on the development of smart logistics ecosystems in the Zangezur Corridor. By integrating blockchain, artificial intelligence, and Industry 4.0 technologies, the research examines how digital infrastructure enhances efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in transit operations. The study employs a qualitative analytical approach based on recent academic literature to identify the key technological and economic drivers shaping modern logistics networks. The findings reveal that digital transformation not only improves operational performance but also redefines regional economic integration and geoeconomic dynamics. The paper contributes to the literature by proposing a conceptual framework for smart logistics ecosystems in emerging transit corridors.</jats:p>
