<jats:p>The article presents the author’s digital “Speak Up” platform designed to develop fluent, confident, and accurate Russian speech. The platform is based on the principle of moving from knowledge of language rules to independent speech production. The article describes the author’s model for organizing a digital speech environment that integrates lexical, grammatical, and communicative practice through the sequence “understand → try → speak → correct → engage in communication”.</jats:p>
