<jats:p>This article explores the synthesis of artistic mastery and encyclopedic sciences - specifically medico-physiological, phonetic, and Sufi knowledge - in Alisher Navoiy’s lyrics from «Devoni Foniy». The study demonstrates that metaphor serves as the primary vehicle for conveying profound mystical, philosophical, and secular enlightenment. Utilizing quantitative linguopoetic analysis and interdisciplinary hermeneutics, the research unveils medical and Sufi subtexts within the ghazals. It systematically elucidates how traditional symbols and the visual logic of empirical ophthalmology transition into tools of spiritual gnosis (irfan). The findings provide an essential resource for classical Eastern poetics and cognitive linguistics.</jats:p>
