Kap survey of physical activity among mongolian civil servants aged 18-60

<jats:p>Objective: This study aimed to determine the knowledge, attitudes, and physical activities of civil servants. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using a cross-sectional design of analytical research based on the target group, and data were collected through questionnaires. A total of 1,252 people from 4 provinces and 4 districts of Ulaanbaatar city, representing 205,011 civil servants of Mongolia aged 18-60, were randomly selected and included in this study. The database was created in EPIDATA 3.1, statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 22, and confidence intervals were used to determine the differences between groups (age, gender, residency, and public service category) of frequency and mean values. Results: The results showed that 41.9% of civil servants aged 18-60 in Mongolia have "sufficient" knowledge. On the other hand, 31.5% had a "positive" attitude, and 45.8% of civil servants are classified as having high physical activity. Conclusion: Knowledge, attitude, and practice toward physical activity are at a more satisfactory level among young civil servants and those who live in rural areas.</jats:p>
