Abstract
<jats:p>This article examines the role of knowledge, enlightenment, learning, book culture, and creative activity in the works of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. The main sources include Babur-nama, Mubayyin, his treatise on aruz, and his divan. The study explores Babur’s pursuit of knowledge, observation, ability to draw conclusions from experience, systematization of knowledge, and transmission of intellectual heritage to future generations. His personal life and literary legacy demonstrate how knowledge contributes to intellectual, spiritual, and social development. Particular attention is paid to the historical, geographical, natural-scientific, and Zamonaviy jamiyat va innovatsiyalar ilmiy nazariy jurnali 2026-yil, 8-Son, 1-Qism. ISSN 3060-544X ethnographic observations in Babur-nama, the systematization of theoretical knowledge in the aruz treatise, and the educational aspects of Mubayyin. The article also summarizes the potential of Babur’s intellectual heritage for contemporary education.</jats:p>
