PROKURATURA XODIMLARIDA KOGNITIV MOSLASHUVCHANLIK VA MURAKKAB VAZIYATLARDA QAROR QABUL QILISH XUSUSIYATLARI

<jats:p>This article examines the role of cognitive flexibility in the professional activity of prosecutors and analyzes the psychological characteristics of decision-making processes in complex, uncertain, and highly responsible situations. Cognitive flexibility is defined as an individual’s ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions, reconsider available information, generate alternative solutions, and select effective professional strategies. The study highlights the relationship between analytical thinking, self-regulation, stress resistance, and responsible decision-making among law enforcement professionals. Particular attention is paid to the Ta’limda istiqbolli izlanishlar - xalqaro ilmiy-metodik jurnal № 7/2026 ISSN: 3060-527X psychological mechanisms of developing cognitive flexibility as an important factor in improving professional effectiveness within prosecutorial activities. The findings of the research may contribute to enhancing professional training systems, personnel selection processes, and competency development programs for law enforcement officers.</jats:p>
