Abstract

<jats:p>This article provides a theoretical analysis of the psychological factors involved in the formation of emotional stability among students and the mechanisms for its development. Emotional stability is described as an individual's ability to maintain psychological balance, regulate emotional states, adapt effectively to stressful situations, and make appropriate decisions under challenging conditions. The study highlights the role of individual psychological characteristics, motivational factors, self-awareness, social support, and communication skills in Ta’limda istiqbolli izlanishlar - xalqaro ilmiy-metodik jurnal № 7/2026 ISSN: 3060-527X developing students’ emotional stability. The article also examines psychological mechanisms for enhancing emotional stability, including self-regulation, reflection, stress resistance development, cognitive reappraisal, and the application of psychological training programs. The importance of emotional stability in students’ personal growth and professional preparation is scientifically substantiated.</jats:p>
