Abstract

This article analyzes the essence of scientific thinking, its epistemological foundations, and the features of its manifestation in the consciousness of young people within the framework of the theory of knowledge. The study considers scientific thinking as a form of rational, logical, evidence-based, and systematic understanding of reality. Particular attention is paid to the formation of scientific thinking in youth consciousness under the conditions of globalization, the digital information environment, and post-nonclassical science, which is examined as a complex socio-philosophical process. The article reveals the distinctive features of scientific thinking in comparison with ordinary everyday thinking, religious-mythological perceptions, stereotypes, and pseudoknowledge. The research employs dialectical, systemic, epistemological, comparative, and synergetic methods.
