“ANNA KARENINA” VA “O‘TKAN KUNLAR” ROMANLARIDA AYOL QAHRAMON RUHIYATI: QIYOSIY-TIPOLOGIK TAHLIL, THE PSYCHOLOGY OF FEMALE CHARACTERS IN ANNA KARENINA AND O‘TKAN KUNLAR: A COMPARATIVE-TYPOLOGICAL ANALYSIS, ПСИХОЛОГИЯ ЖЕНСКИХ ПЕРСОНАЖЕЙ В РОМАНАХ «АННА КАРЕНИНА» И «МИНУВШИЕ ДНИ»: СРАВНИТЕЛЬНО-ТИПОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ

<jats:p> This article presents a comparative-typological analysis of the artistic representation of female psychology in Leo Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina and Abdulla Qodiriy’s O‘tkan kunlar. Particular attention is paid to the inner experiences of Anna Karenina, Kumush, and Zaynab, their attitudes toward love and family relationships, psychological conflicts shaped by the social environment, and the factors contributing to their tragic destinies. The study examines the artistic functions of psychological devices such as interior monologue, dialogue, portraiture, artistic detail, and authorial characterization. The comparative analysis reveals both common typological features and national-cultural distinctions in the representation of female psychology in Eastern and Western realist literature. While the image of Anna Karenina is primarily shaped by the conflict between personal freedom, love, and social conventions, the psychological experiences of Kumush and Zaynab are closely connected with family relations, fidelity, jealousy, traditional norms, and the patriarchal social environment. Through the analysis of these female characters, the article demonstrates the complexity of human psychology and the potential of psychological representation in realist fiction.</jats:p>
