Abstract

This article discusses the early identification of children who are prone to deviant behavior and the organization of appropriate educational support through training sessions conducted with teachers during professional development courses. The main signs of deviant behavior and the family, social, pedagogical and psychological factors that influence its formation are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to developing teachers’ skills in observation, individual conversation, analysis of problematic situations, pedagogical and psychological assessment and the application of an individual approach. The article emphasizes that children with deviant behavior should not be punished, humiliated or labelled. Instead, teachers should understand the causes of their behavior, support their positive qualities and help them adapt to a healthy social environment. Practical approaches are proposed for organizing systematic preventive and educational work through effective cooperation among teachers, psychologists and parents.
