Abstract

<jats:p>This article examines the psychological factors involved in the formation of stress resilience and emotional stability of the individual in modern society. In the context of globalization, increasing information flow, socio-economic changes, and the growing complexity of interpersonal relations, various stress-inducing factors have a significant impact on a person’s mental and emotional state. Therefore, the development of an individual’s ability to adapt to stressful situations, regulate emotions, maintain inner balance, and effectively use psychological coping mechanisms has become highly relevant. The article analyzes personal, social, and psychological factors that contribute to stress resilience, as well as internal resources that support emotional stability. Particular attention is given to the role of self-awareness, reflection, positive thinking, communicative culture, volitional qualities, and a healthy lifestyle in overcoming stress and ensuring psychological well-being.</jats:p>
