Abstract

<jats:p>This article examines the pedagogical foundations for the development of students’ spiritual and moral activity and effective mechanisms for organizing and planning educational work in the higher education system. Based on the achievements of modern pedagogy, the study explores the stages, principles, and factors influencing the formation of students’ spiritual and moral qualities. The determinants that positively affect students’ mental thinking and contribute to their spiritual and moral development are systematized. The research identifies pedagogical conditions aimed at improving the effectiveness of educational work in higher education institutions and proposes a model for the systematic planning of educational activities. The findings have significant scientific and practical value for fostering civic responsibility, patriotism, social engagement, and the spiritual culture of future specialists.</jats:p>
