Abstract
This article investigates the role of digital logistics transformation in the tourism and hospitality sector under Industry 4.0 conditions. Globalisation and the growth of international tourist flows have necessitated the adoption of modern digital solutions. Drawing on 22 international sources and field research across 47 Azerbaijani enterprises, the study examines contemporary logistics systems, supply chain management tools, and their impact on tourist satisfaction. An original conceptual model of Integrated Digital Logistics (IDL) is proposed, comprising four management levels and adapted to the conditions of developing tourism markets. The findings offer practical value for tourism industry managers and policymakers in the field of sustainable tourism development.
