Abstract
<jats:p>This article provides an analysis of the assortment of hepatoprotective medicinal products registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the period 2019–2024. The results show that the market has demonstrated stable development: although foreign manufacturers remain dominant, domestic production exhibited a growth trend in 2024. The assortment was dominated by complex-composition medicinal products and Ursodeoxycholic acid, while enteral dosage forms remained leading in terms of routes of administration. The obtained findings highlight the necessity for further in-depth investigation of the hepatoprotective drug market, enhancement of domestic production potential, and the implementation of marketing research integrated with clinical studies.</jats:p>
