<jats:p>This work analyses, from the standpoint of scientific and energy efficiency, the design features of heat-receiving panels (solar collectors) and the dynamic model of an active solar heating system with a heat accumulator. The aim is to determine the dynamic thermal properties of buildings by means of an appropriate mathematical model and to demonstrate the possibilities of energy saving together with the ecological and economic benefits.</jats:p>
