<jats:p>This study presents a comprehensive assessment of the metabolic profile in patients with vitiligo in order to determine the relationship between the levels of vitamin D, trace elements and homocysteine and the clinical characteristics of the disease. The analysis was carried out by comparing patients with vitiligo and a control group of healthy volunteers. On the basis of biochemical data and clinical indices, the severity of metabolic disorders and their influence on the course of the disease were determined. The levels of vitamin D, zinc, selenium, copper, magnesium and homocysteine were analysed using statistical methods. In addition, key metabolic predictors of disease severity were identified, which is an important indicator for clinical prognosis and the personalisation of therapy.</jats:p>
