<jats:p>Abstract In this 21st century of global globalization, it is difficult for our country to survive without the help and support of other countries. In connection with this, we are inevitably drawn into the operation and relations of international legal regulations, whether we like it or not. Therefore, the compatibility and content of the aforementioned legal norms have been reflected in national legislation in the form of recognition and accession. In this article, the researcher aims to disseminate how the concept of human rights and freedoms, which are the basis for the formation of a country, nation, and society, was legislated in the Constitutions of our country at that time, in order to strengthen national legislation</jats:p>
