<jats:p>Abstract Distinguishing and separating the concepts of political responsibility and constitutional legal responsibility is of theoretical and practical importance. The concepts of law and politics do not have a clear definition and have not been studied sufficiently from the perspective of social science, but their characteristics are similar, so it is difficult to separate them in terms of responsibility. The government is responsible for creating the conditions for the implementation of the constitution. The constitution, on the other hand, is supposed to help the government, political organizations and officials work actively and bring benefits to society. This is because the full rights and duties of the subject of the constitution are directly related to responsibility, which is unique in terms of legal regulation. Therefore, the theory, concept and principle that distinguish constitutional legal responsibility from political responsibility and other legal responsibilities are defined.</jats:p>
