<jats:p>This study evaluated the effects of the Monball-360 program, a ball-based exercise approach, on primary school children’s motor coordination using a pre–post experimental design. Over 12 weeks, the experimental group followed the program, while the control group attended traditional physical education classes. Results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group’s motor coordination (ECOMOT-9) scores (p &lt; 0.01), with positive effects on skills such as hand–eye coordination, balance, and movement sequencing. The experimental group also improved significantly more than the control group, with a large effect size (d ≈ 1.44). These findings confirm that the Monball-360 program is an effective method for improving motor coordination in primary school children</jats:p>
